Why do you only mail once per month?
When we started to think about expanding the subscription service we knew that each collection would have to be printed, folded and mailed with care. We hand stuff, stamp and mail each card so when it arrives the package is up to the standard that we have set and work to maintain. As a result, each mailing takes time to ensure we have appropriate materials and people to help us with each mailing.
I haven’t received my package this month, when will it be mailed?
To ensure we have time and resources for each mailing we do have cutoff dates of the 15th of the month. If you order before the 15th, you will be part of the current months mailing. If you order between the 15th and the end of the month – you will be part of the mailing the following month.
I am missing a package, what do I do?
The package is mailed according to the mailing cycle (See above mailing dates). Please allow up to 2 weeks for US delivery. While letters hardly take this much time to arrive at your mailbox, we provide these estimates as a guideline. If you have waited at least 4 weeks, we will resend the greeting card and package at no additional cost. Send an email to: support@TheArtisticEnvelope.com and we will get it resent.
I typed the wrong address, or I am changing my address – how do I make a change?
Send and email to support@TheArtisticEnvelope.com – to ensure that we get the address updated. We also recommend always setting mail to forward to your new address.
I made a mistake, I meant the subscription to be a gift, but I put my address in instead! What do I do?
Email us at: support@theArtisticEnvelope.com – we will update the address and if you are not able to get the card to your recipient, we will resend the package(s) to them so they can have an uninterrupted experience.
